About the Role

G2 Legal Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Property Conveyancer to join its Conveyancing and Residential Property team based in Reading.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for dealing with high value properties, high net worth individuals, and advisers. You will work closely with the Residential Conveyancing Director and other team members to ensure the smooth execution of transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a high volume of residential transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
  • Work closely with clients and agents to provide excellent client care and ensure timely completion of transactions.
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell legal services and promote the firm's services to developers, agents, and other stakeholders.
  • Take on circa 20 new matters per month and maintain a high level of productivity.
  • Provide regular case updates to clients and agents, and ensure effective communication throughout the transaction process.
Requirements
  • More than 3 years' experience in Residential and New Homes work, including residential sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
  • A strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience of handling significant volumes of transactions and working with case management systems.
  • First-class communicator with excellent client handling and service skills.
  • Willingness to adapt and contribute new ideas to the work of the team.
  • Commitment to producing high-quality, accurate, and complete documents and letters.
