About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Support Worker. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with learning disabilities to live happy and fulfilled lives within their local communities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide person-centred support to individuals, promoting their independence, choice, and voice.
  • Work collaboratively with the individual, their families, and other professionals to ensure their needs are met.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with the individuals you support, their families, and other stakeholders.
  • Contribute to a safe and supportive environment, protecting the individual's privacy and dignity.
  • Support individuals to access community resources, develop new skills, and engage in activities that promote their well-being.
