Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory QA Supervisor to join our technical team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the technical team, including a Technical Coordinator, 2 Technical Supervisors, and 7 Quality Controllers at site.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide competent and efficient technical support and service to both internal teams and external customers.
  2. Ensure that the product and service provided meets both external and internal requirements, including legal compliance and customer expectations.
  3. Coordinate and maintain the activities required to meet safety and quality standards.
  4. Implement and maintain HACCP systems and ensure compliance with food legislation.
  5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external customers.
Requirements:
  1. Degree or similar in a Food-related subject.
  2. Experience working in retail, ideally within Food/FMCG.
  3. Understanding of technical implications of HACCP implementation.
  4. Computer literacy to a high standard.
  5. Knowledge of microbiological requirements for products and risk from raw materials.
  6. Understanding and experience of food legislation applicable to product categories manufactured and raw materials supplied.
