Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory QA Supervisor to join our technical team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the technical team, including a Technical Coordinator, 2 Technical Supervisors, and 7 Quality Controllers at site.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide competent and efficient technical support and service to both internal teams and external customers.
- Ensure that the product and service provided meets both external and internal requirements, including legal compliance and customer expectations.
- Coordinate and maintain the activities required to meet safety and quality standards.
- Implement and maintain HACCP systems and ensure compliance with food legislation.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external customers.
- Degree or similar in a Food-related subject.
- Experience working in retail, ideally within Food/FMCG.
- Understanding of technical implications of HACCP implementation.
- Computer literacy to a high standard.
- Knowledge of microbiological requirements for products and risk from raw materials.
- Understanding and experience of food legislation applicable to product categories manufactured and raw materials supplied.
