Job Title: Evidence Reviewer & Court Processor

Spinwell Global Limited is seeking a skilled Evidence Reviewer & Court Processor to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough evidential reviews of Road Traffic Offences, ensuring offenders are brought to justice through the court process or educational diversion courses.
  • Input relevant collision and ticket information onto Force systems, such as Crash and Pentip, to facilitate streamlined digital files for progression through the Single Justice System.
  • Collaborate with partnership agencies, including CPS, court staff, Magistrates, DVLA, Vision Zero Southwest, and Police Officers, to ensure successful prosecutions and appropriate offender management.
  • Provide specialist advice and support to improve the performance and quality of submissions, sharing knowledge with customers of the unit's services.
Requirements:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to review evidence and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation, policy, and national guidelines.
