About the Role

A Sales Associate is a vital position within our stores, offering the opportunity to be part of a dynamic team working closely with premium product customers and achieving daily targets.

We strive to create an exceptional customer experience, and it's your responsibility to inform all customers about our products and drive the force behind service and selling within our stores.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and serve customers as they enter the store.
  • Act as an ambassador for our Castore brand.
  • Provide exceptional customer service at all times.
  • Advise and assist customers with their queries.
  • Handle complaints or forward serious issues to the manager on duty.
  • Conduct customer transactions efficiently.
  • Replenish stock on the shelves to maintain a visually appealing store.
  • Assist with store deliveries and replenish stock as needed.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) regularly, such as in-store receipts.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling products and add-on sales.
