About the Role

We are recruiting an Electronics Patent Attorney to join our esteemed IP firm in Cambridge. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload of electronics-related patent work, including drafting, prosecution, and opposition.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Intellectual Property Management: Manage a varied portfolio of electronics-related patent applications, ensuring timely and high-quality submissions.
  2. Client Support: Provide expert advice to clients, helping them achieve their commercial objectives through effective intellectual property management.
  3. Teamwork: Collaborate with attorneys and technical experts to deliver exceptional IP solutions.
Requirements
  1. Professional Qualifications: Fully qualified UK and/or European Patent Attorney.
  2. Technical Expertise: Specialisation in electronics or a closely related field.
  3. Proven Track Record: Proven experience in drafting and prosecuting high-quality patent applications.
  4. Effective Communication: Strong client-facing skills, able to communicate complex technical information effectively.
  5. Business Acumen: A proactive approach to business development and client relationship management.
