Overview:
Sellick Partnership Limited - Public Sector requires a litigation attorney to support their local authority client.
The ideal candidate will have experience in regulatory enforcement prosecutions, civil court proceedings, and licensing committee meetings.

- Handling regulatory enforcement prosecutions, including taxi licensing, premises licensing, and environmental offences
- Civil court proceedings, such as Housing Management and Anti-Social Behaviour Injunctions
- Licensing committee meetings, requiring in-person attendance
Estimated salary for this role is £40-55 per hour, based on industry standards and location.
