Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives
- Manage a team of sales professionals to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Identify new business opportunities and develop plans to pursue them
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of sales and customer service
Industry Sector:
We operate in the new build, regional housebuilders, housing developers, national and independent plumbing & heating merchants, pipe clips and associated fixing & fastening sectors.
Area to be covered:
Central Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Cambridgeshire, Hertfordshire, Leicestershire, Norfolk, Suffolk, Northamptonshire, and surrounding areas.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the plumbing and heating sector
- Strong leadership and team management skills
