General Manager Job Description
Tonic Talent Ltd is recruiting a talented and experienced General Manager to lead our client's successful cafe/bar operation in Lichfield.
Job SummaryThe General Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the cafe/bar, including staff supervision, customer service, and inventory management. With a strong background in hospitality and a proven track record of success, you will be able to motivate and inspire the team to achieve exceptional results.
You will also be responsible for driving revenue growth through creative ideas and initiatives, while maintaining high standards of quality and customer service.
Requirements- A proven track record of supervisory or management experience within similar quality environments
- Proactive, flexible and adaptable, with great attention to detail
- Experience with real ale, cellar management, premium spirits and cocktails is essential
- Good length of service and loyalty shown to previous employers
- A true passion for hospitality and the customer journey
The salary for this role is estimated to be around £42,000 per annum, plus tips, making it a highly competitive offer in the market.
In addition to a generous salary, the company offers a range of benefits including a 48-hour contract, free on-site parking, and a pension scheme.
