We're seeking a skilled Hotel Chef to lead our kitchen team at Premier Inn in Bury St Edmunds Town Centre. As a key member of our culinary team, you'll be responsible for managing your team, preparing, cooking, and serving our signature Premier Inn breakfasts and classic dishes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of chefs to deliver exceptional food quality and service
  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including our legendary Premier Inn breakfasts
  • Ensure high standards of food safety and hygiene
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to deliver excellent customer service
