Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Leadership: Take ownership of commercial residential development projects, collaborating with the Development team and Joint Venture (JV) partners to ensure successful project delivery, adherence to timelines, and achievement of financial objectives
  • Town Centre Master Planning: Contribute to the master planning process, working alongside stakeholders to create visionary town centre developments that blend residential, commercial, and community spaces harmoniously
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the third-party liaison, building and nurturing strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, local authorities, and community representatives, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle
  • Project Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, monitor progress, identify and mitigate risks, and proactively resolve challenges to ensure successful project completion
  • Quality Assurance: Implement rigorous quality control measures to ensure that our developments meet the highest standards of excellence, aligning with company values and industry best practices
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate project management team, fostering a collaborative work environment, and providing guidance and support to ensure project objectives are met

Operational Support:

  • Integral part of the Project Management structure. Support colleagues in the management and control of service line finances, resource planning, and Business Management activities.

Community Engagement:

  • Collaborate with local communities to understand their needs and aspirations, incorporate their feedback into project plans, and ensure that our developments enhance the quality of life in the surrounding areas.
