Job Summary: The Recruitment Co is seeking a skilled Logistics Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage all transportation orders, including creating pick documentation and organizing transport for TE movements.
  • Control and manage bulk orders for large customers, including placing orders with EU plants and booking in incoming deliveries.
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
  • Manage customs declaration and control the age of stock.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office package, including MS Excel and Word.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and take ownership of tasks.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 6am-2pm or 8am-4pm. Competitive hourly rate of £12.31.

Duration: Initially 6 months, with potential for permanent position.
