Key Responsibilities- Assist clients with daily living tasks, including personal care, medication management, and domestic duties
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, promoting independence and well-being
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A passion for delivering high-quality care and support
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- A flexible approach to working hours, including evenings and weekends
- Ability to drive and access to a vehicle
Cera Care offers a range of benefits to our employees, including:
