About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Scheduler to join our team at Marlowe Kitchen Fire Suppression. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and Coordinate Service Visits: Plan and organize service visits for our engineers, ensuring that all necessary information is gathered and that clients are informed of upcoming visits.
  • Liaise with Clients and Team Members: Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure that all deadlines and expectations are met.
  • Manage Service Records: Accurately enter data into our CRM system and update customer service records to ensure that all information is up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Provide Weekly Reporting: Prepare and submit weekly reports on service workload, highlighting any areas of concern or opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Organizational Skills: Demonstrate high levels of organization and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Technical Skills: Be proficient in Microsoft Office packages, including Excel and Word, and have experience with CRM systems.
