About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced National Account Manager to join our team at FMCG Selection. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our branded healthcare products within the pharmacy wholesale market.

Your primary focus will be on developing and executing joint business plans with our key customers, including Alliance, AAH, Phoenix, Sigma, and Lexon. You will work closely with our country manager and commercial team to set promotional plans aligned with our brand strategy, maximize product brand shares, and provide influential support to customers.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key customers
  • Forecasting sales and managing budgets
  • Setting and executing promotional plans
  • Monitoring account development and competitor activity
  • Delivering sales targets and reporting results

To succeed in this role, you will need to be a driven and dynamic individual with a proven track record of growing and developing business with pharmacy wholesale customers. Experience within branded FMCG products, ideally healthcare or OTC medicine, is essential.

This is a home-based role with regular travel to customers and occasional visits to our South East head office. We offer a competitive basic salary, 15% bonus, company car or car allowance, healthcare, pension, and wider benefits.
