Senior/Principal Associate Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior/Principal Associate to join our Private Client Team in Norwich. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our partners on complex matters, managing your own caseload and collaborating with other teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise high net worth individuals and trustees on estate and succession planning, inheritance tax, and capital gains tax.
  • Manage complex Will drafting, trustee powers, and establishment of trusts.
  • Run your own files, including financial management, and have experience working with clients, potential clients, and multipliers.
Requirements
  • 4 years of PQE+ experience at a large regional or City firm.
  • Excellent written English and research skills, including online information sources.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and negotiate effectively.
  • Attention to detail, time and matter management skills, and self-starting initiative.
  • Excellent interpersonal and team skills, including influencing and persuading.
  • IT literacy, including MS Office.
