Mechanical Site Technician Role

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Site Technician to work with our team in Deeside. The ideal candidate will have experience in mechanical maintenance and installation, with a strong understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and machinery systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, and repair mechanical systems and equipment on-site.
Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues efficiently, utilizing technical knowledge and tools.
Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on mechanical systems to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety standards.
Work closely with other site technicians, engineers, and contractors to coordinate tasks and optimise workflow.
Prepare and submit detailed reports on maintenance activities, equipment performance, and potential improvements to management.

Requirements:

NVQ/SVQ Level 2 or 3 in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
HNC/HND in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent is often preferred.
Relevant certifications, such as City & Guilds or equivalent qualifications in mechanical systems and maintenance.
Previous experience in mechanical maintenance or installation roles, preferably in a site or industrial environment.
Availability to work Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
Valid equivalent CSCS Card.
