About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Business Partner to join our team at InHealth Group. As a key member of our finance department, you will provide financial support to our Senior Operational leaders, helping them set the overall business strategy and drive contract profitability and operational delivery.
Main Responsibilities
- Work closely with Operational & Commercial leaders to ensure that bids, tenders, spend & investment decisions are made with financial rigour.
- Agree financial targets and measure financial performance, then work with operational teams to agree actions to drive improved performance.
- Provide relevant and key financial reporting, enabling business performance to be tracked and understood.
- Build ambitious and realistic financial plans with key operational leaders to help drive the business forward.
- Use foresight to identify opportunities to improve financial performance or patient experience.
- Build strong relationships across the organisation to drive business performance.
About You
- Several years of experience working within a finance department.
- Fundamental accounting principles demonstrated by in-role experience and progress in studying for a professional accounting qualification (ACCA/CIMA or equivalent).
- Experience at manipulating and analysing high volumes of data and reporting findings concisely and understanding the commercial drivers behind the numbers.
- Ability to review business processes and performance on an operational level.
- Proven track record in making reporting efficiencies whilst maintaining strong controls.
- Computer literate (MS Office) including intermediate Excel.
