Job Description

We are seeking an exceptional Executive Culinary Team Member to join our Banqueting Kitchen team at The Dorchester. As a key member of our culinary team, you will have the opportunity to work with our award-winning learning academy and develop your skills in craft, service, and leadership.

About the Role
  • As a Demi Chef De Partie in the Banqueting Kitchen, you will be responsible for daily food preparations, creating delectable dishes ranging from informal dining on breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
  • You will supervise and lead a team of Commis Chefs, take orders from the Chef de Partie, and give tasks to Commis Chefs to ensure they are carried out in the correct manner.

You will also show flexibility and creativity in dealing with guests' special requests and challenges that may arise during the day.
