About This Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Director of Programme Services and Supply Chain to join our team at StandardAero.

This is a key leadership role that will play a critical part in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our repair operations and supply chain processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the programme services team responsible for component repairs and supply chain.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of repair operations and supply chain processes.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence within the team.
  • Oversee the repairs and maintenance of components, ensuring high-quality standards and timely delivery.
  • Implement best practices and standardized procedures for repair operations to optimize turnaround times and costs.
  • Monitor and analyze repair data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for cost reduction.
  • Manage the end-to-end supply chain for components, including procurement, inventory management, logistics, and distribution.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers and partners to ensure reliable and cost-effective sourcing of materials and services.
  • Implement supply chain strategies that enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and mitigate risks.
  • Coordinate and manage multiple programs and projects related to repairs and supply chain, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering reliable, high-quality repair services and efficient supply chain operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in supply chain management, repair operations, or program management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of repair processes, supply chain principles, and program management methodologies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
