As the SENCo, you will:

· Lead and Develop Strategies: Be at the forefront of designing, implementing, and evaluating effective strategies to support the learning and development of children with special educational needs.

· Collaborate with Teachers: Work closely with classroom teachers to create inclusive learning environments and adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of our students.

· Individualized Support Plans: Develop and oversee personalized support plans, ensuring they are tailored to each child's unique strengths and challenges.
