We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our Mobile Development Team at Civica. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-quality mobile applications across our portfolio of products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather software requirements and translate them into working mobile app screens and components.
  • Support the development and maintenance of mobile apps for various clients, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Contribute to the development of prototypes, proof of concepts, and cutting-edge technologies to drive innovation and growth.
  • Mentor and coach junior software engineers, providing guidance and support to help them grow and develop their skills.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in mobile development, with a strong focus on Android, iOS, and UWP/WinUI3.
  • Proficiency in.NET MAUI/Xamarin and C#/.Net programming languages.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a creative and analytical approach to complex challenges.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies, preferably Scrum.
  • Strong academic background and excellent team working skills.
