Hamptons, a leading property expert, is seeking an ambitious Lettings Associate to join our vibrant Haywards Heath office.

About the Role

This exciting opportunity will provide you with the chance to develop your skills and knowledge in the ever-growing property industry. As a key member of our team, you will support our experienced Lettings Negotiators and Branch Managers in delivering exceptional customer service and achieving business objectives.

Main Responsibilities
  • Administration and Legal Documentation: Prepare and manage property listings, contracts, and other essential documents.
  • Support to Lettings Negotiators & Branch Managers: Collaborate with senior colleagues to ensure seamless operations, efficient communication, and high-quality service delivery.
  • Ad-hoc Property Viewings: Conduct viewings as required, showcasing properties to potential clients and building relationships with them.

You will also have the opportunity to work across various Microsoft Office packages, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, to maintain and enhance our administrative processes.

What We Offer

A competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, reflecting your skills and experience, plus additional benefits and career opportunities for growth and development within our dynamic organization.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess excellent communication and organizational skills, a strong understanding of administration and legal documentation, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
