Job Overview

The successful candidate will lead the visual identity and social media strategies for 3Search's property development and healthcare services businesses.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to drive design innovation and enhance brand engagement across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop Brand Guidelines: Establish and maintain consistent brand identity across all marketing materials, ensuring a cohesive look and feel.
  2. Social Media Management: Regularly design, post, and schedule engaging content across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram), creating compelling copy that resonates with the target audience.
  3. Project Delivery: Create, update, and refine project brochures, teaser documents, and other promotional assets, showcasing the company's vision and expertise.
  4. Email Marketing Strategy: Design and manage monthly email newsletters and thought pieces via Mailchimp, providing valuable insights and staying top-of-mind with clients and prospects.
  5. Document Design Standards: Ensure all official documentation (e.g., forms, contracts) aligns with brand standards using Adobe suite tools, maintaining consistency and professionalism.
  6. Community Engagement: Actively monitor, moderate, and respond to online interactions to grow the brand's digital presence, fostering meaningful connections with customers and stakeholders.
  7. PR and Campaign Evaluation: Work with external PR teams on press releases and provide analysis on campaign performance to track effectiveness, informing data-driven decisions.
  8. Event Support: Assist in planning, organizing, and executing company events, creating memorable experiences that leave a lasting impression.
  9. Performance Metrics: Produce performance reports to analyze growth and reach across social media platforms, identifying areas for improvement and optimizing strategies accordingly.
Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary range of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, reflecting the market rate for a skilled professional in this field.
