Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Global Deal Implementation (GDI) team in Partner Business Solutions. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting strategic projects and collaborating with regional relationship managers to drive the financial deployment of all GNS bank partner contracts.
Key Responsibilities- Support new strategic initiatives and business constructs, driving automation projects for PBS GDI.
- Drive standardization of processes across the Global PBS GDI team, sharing best practices and implementing financial elements of all GNS Bank partner contracts.
- Work closely with the Business and Finance teams to ensure financial terms are supported by Network functionality and operational capabilities.
- Be the finance contact for external GNS Bank partners, ensuring financial set-up and reporting requirements are understood and complied with.
- Develop strategies and controls to eliminate non-standard deal terms, including training for the GNS Business on operational consequences.
- Ensure PBS GDI work tools are automated, robust, and operated in line with the company's IT standards for sensitive data.
- Part-Qualified CPA (or ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent)
- Strong process and project management knowledge and experience, ideally gained in a financial environment
- Knowledge of Card Scheme operational processes and procedures would be an advantage
- Commercially minded, ideally having had experience collaborating directly with third-party business partners
- Knowledge of the Card business, financial dynamics, and key profitability levers
