About the Role

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to building and maintaining a database of clients and prospects. You will also be expected to conduct market research, telemarketing, and client visits to strengthen our relationships and identify new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have previous recruitment agency experience, a real hunger to succeed in sales, and a strong desire to build relationships and drive business growth. You will also need to be ambitious, confident, and results-driven, with a strong ability to work to tight deadlines.

We offer a competitive salary up to £32,000 depending on experience, a market-leading uncapped commission structure, and a range of benefits including 25 days holiday plus bank holidays and a Birmingham city centre location.
