Customer Experience Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly adaptable and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Specialist. As a key member of our venue operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring that our customers feel valued and welcome.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing excellent customer service and ensuring that our customers have a memorable experience
  • Working collaboratively with the team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets
  • Assisting with the training and development of new team members
  • Contributing to the maintenance of a clean and safe working environment
