We are seeking an experienced Procurement Expert to join our team as a Strategic Sourcing Lead. In this exciting new role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing procurement strategies that drive cost savings and process improvements. With a focus on supplier relationships, contract negotiation, and performance evaluation, you will be the driving force behind our company's procurement operations.

**Responsibilities:*

• Develop and implement strategic procurement plans aligned with business objectives
• Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers to ensure value-for-money
• Evaluate supplier performance and identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand purchasing needs and preferences

**Requirements:**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Proven experience in a procurement or sourcing role, preferably in a similar industry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to negotiate effectively
• A solid understanding of procurement principles, including contract law and regulatory compliance

**Salary:** £60,000 - £80,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
