Engineer Surveyor - Crane & Lifting Equipment

Compensation:
Base salary starting at £40,500 plus a Company Car Allowance of £5,500, along with additional benefits.

Work Location:
Covering the Reading and Oxford regions.


A prominent Blue-Chip company is seeking a skilled Crane & Lifting Equipment Engineer Surveyor to oversee operations in the Reading and Oxford area.

This role operates on a Monday to Friday schedule with flexible hours, requiring site visits to ensure all equipment complies with Health & Safety, Quality, and Environmental regulations.

Key Qualifications for the Engineer Surveyor (Crane & Lifting Equipment):

1. Possession of an HNC (or equivalent) in Mechanical, Aeronautical, Marine, or Automotive Engineering is preferred.
2. Candidates with an NVQ Level 3 and substantial experience, along with a commitment to pursue a Level 4 qualification, will also be considered.
3. Practical experience in maintaining, servicing, and repairing various crane and lifting equipment is essential.
4. Familiarity with LOLER & PUWER regulations is required.
5. Ability to work independently and make informed decisions regarding equipment condition and usage.
6. Capability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
7. Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and influence clients.

The ideal candidate should reside in the Reading or Oxford area.
