Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced administrator to join our team at Austin Fraser, focusing on implementing and administering AI tools within the learning process.
About the Role:The successful candidate will have experience in data input and management, as well as a strong understanding of AI tools and software used in educational settings.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement AI Tools: Support the implementation and administration of AI tools within the learning process.
- Manage Data Flow: Input data and manage information flow between software engineers and college tutors.
- Provide Blended Learning Support: Provide blended learning administrative support to college tutors.
- Work Independently: Work independently on days dedicated to data input and system management.
- Collaborate with IT Company: Collaborate with the SLT IT Company on uploading and managing ISAM systems.
Requirements:
- Strong Organisational Skills: Strong organisational and data management skills.
- Familiarity with AI Tools: Familiarity with AI tools and software used in educational settings.
- Positive Attitude: Positive attitude and the ability to adapt to flexible working patterns.
Estimated Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum
