Lead AV Engineer - Marine

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced AV engineer to join their dynamic team. As a Lead AV Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and delivering complex AV projects, ensuring timely completion, and exceeding client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate AV projects from conception to completion
  • Develop and implement AV system designs and solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers
  • Monitor and report project progress to the Project Manager
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in AV systems integration, preferably in the marine industry
  • Strong technical knowledge of AV systems, including Crestron DM and NVX
  • Excellent project management and leadership skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
