Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Health and Safety Manager to join our team at Premier Engineering. As a key member of our QHSE department, you will be responsible for managing the Quality team and ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, environmental, and quality legislation and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop, implement, and maintain QHSE policies, procedures, and management systems in line with ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
* Conduct risk assessments and support operational teams in identifying, analyzing, and mitigating risks.
* Drive a culture of continuous improvement through regular training, toolbox talks, and employee engagement initiatives.
* Monitor, analyze, and report on QHSE performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
* Develop and deliver QHSE training programs to ensure employee awareness and understanding of standards and procedures.
* Liaise with regulatory bodies, clients, and stakeholders to maintain positive relationships and ensure compliance.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a QHSE Manager in a manufacturing, engineering, or industrial environment.
* NEBOSH or equivalent safety qualification is essential.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and create reports.
