Job Overview

Our client is seeking a highly skilled Senior Credit Analyst to join their team. As a Senior Credit Analyst, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality credit risk assessments and recommendations for corporate entities, financial institutions, sovereign counterparties, issuers, and clients.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Credit Risk Assessments: Deliver independent and detailed credit risk assessments for clients across various industries.
  • Risk Evaluation: Evaluate country-specific risks and provide accurate and timely assessments.
  • Technical Support: Offer technical guidance and support on credit-related issues to all business units.
  • Transaction Structuring: Advise on the structuring of potential transactions and provide guidance on the preparation of credit proposals.
  • Market Trends: Stay informed of market trends in international business, including significant developments in the UK and global credit markets.
  • Local Credit Committee: Support the coordination of local Credit Committee meetings and approvals.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled professional with a strong background in credit risk analysis. The successful candidate will have:

  • Linguistic Skills: Fluency in Mandarin (Speaking/Reading/Writing)
  • Educational Qualifications: Educated to degree level and/or holding a relevant professional qualification.
  • Industry Experience: Extensive experience in analyzing credit risks across a range of clients, with a strong focus on large corporates and financial institutions, particularly in UK/Western European markets.
