Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve food according to recipes and production guidelines while adhering to food safety, food handling, and sanitation procedures.
  • Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, utensils, and surfaces to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
  • Maintain accurate records of food temperatures, inventory, and other relevant information.
  • Assist with training and mentoring new staff members.
  • Perform other duties as required to support the smooth operation of the kitchen.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in a catering environment or willingness to learn.
  • Basic knowledge of food hygiene and safety procedures.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
