Freelance Site Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervisor to join our team at Fawkes and Reece. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a dry-lining fit-out project in Central London.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dry-lining and commercial fit-outs, with experience in managing projects valued between £5M-£25M. You will be responsible for ensuring the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard of health and safety.
We are looking for someone with excellent interpersonal skills, who can effectively manage a team and communicate with stakeholders. You will also need to have a strong understanding of programmes and the ability to handle minutes efficiently.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering commercial fit-out projects as a Supervisor, with experience working with main contractors such as Mace, SRM, Multiplex, Skanska, and Lendlease.
