Job Summary:

We are looking for a seasoned Process Commissioning Specialist with experience in commissioning biopharmaceutical process equipment. The successful candidate will work closely with our client engineers, managers, and directors to deliver high-quality commissioning services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in P&ID walk-downs and support installation and commissioning of site water systems.
  • Establish a Water sampling program and run program.
  • Participate in FAT and SATs and undertake various other process commissioning activities relating to new equipment.
  • Collect daily samples/testing and act as water systems owner/champion until handover to the production Water champion.
  • Complete RO/WFI water system upgrades and remediation activities as per site list.
  • Support and represent the technical quality team in meetings, visits, troubleshooting exercises, and audits.
  • Liaise with all departments necessary for delivery of the project, including design, engineering, procurement, and construction.
  • Liaise with equipment suppliers and internal/external service providers.
Requirements:
  • Hold a degree-level education in mechanical or chemical engineering.
  • Have experience of process commissioning on multiple projects in the pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical sectors.
  • Have prior experience of commissioning biopharmaceutical process equipment.
  • Have a full understanding of cGMP, GxP, GLP, GDP, and industry health and safety regulations.
Off-Payroll Working Rules:

This role is believed to be outside IR35.
