Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Offshore Lead - Asset Decommissioning to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading decommissioning projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, within budget, and to the required quality standard.

 

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement project plans, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives

- Coordinate with stakeholders, including project engineers, designers, and contractors

- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards

- Manage and develop project teams, promoting a culture of safety, quality, and innovation

 

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, project management)

- Minimum 10 years' experience in decommissioning operations or a related field

- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standard

- Strong understanding of quality management systems (IMS) and equipment maintenance/certification requirements
