Job Title: Energetic Sustainability Consultant

Our esteemed client, a pioneering MEP consultancy with over 30 years of experience in providing innovative engineering solutions to the UK construction industry, is seeking a skilled Energy Assessor to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a non-domestic energy assessor qualification and have experience in the construction industry, particularly with TAS software or similar packages.

Key Responsibilities:
• Reporting directly to the Directors
• Producing detailed building models and load schedules for plant selections
• Conducting comprehensive energy surveys and preparing energy statements for planning
• Generating high-quality SBEMs, EPCs, and BREEAM reports
