About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Student Wellbeing Assistant to join our team at Academics Ltd. As a Student Wellbeing Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with social, emotional and mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide individual support to students on a 1-1 basis, helping them to overcome challenges and develop coping strategies.
- Observe triggers and facilitate therapeutic techniques to promote students' mental wellbeing.
- Work closely with a team of professionals, including therapists, psychologists and SEN specialists, to ensure students receive tailored support.
- Develop and maintain a safe and supportive learning environment.

Requirements:

- Experience supporting children or adults with social, emotional and mental health needs.
- Degree-level education in a relevant subject, such as Psychology, Criminology or Sociology.
- Full training provided.
