We are seeking an experienced Trades Supervisor to join our Repairs Services team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a team of trade professionals and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of trade professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of excellent services.
  • Establish and maintain high standards of work, safety, and best practice in all areas.
  • Ensure the team has a customer-focused approach, delivering works within agreed budgets and timescales.
  • Manage supply chain, sub-contractors, and other partners as required.
Requirements:
  • Full manual UK driving license.
  • Extensive experience in the plumbing industry, with a sound knowledge of reactive repairs, diagnostics, and materials used in the trade.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiating skills, with the ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with staff at all levels.
  • Good written communication, report writing, and computer skills.
  • Good observational skills, with knowledge of health and safety requirements.
  • Recognized qualification (City and Guilds) or extensive experience in plumbing.
