Deputy Store Manager

Your Key Responsibilities:- Brief your team on daily goals and objectives.
- Engage with customers, providing top-notch service and helping them find the perfect products.
- Train your team on products and customer service, ensuring they're equipped to deliver exceptional experiences.
- Maintain store standards, assisting with general duties and ensuring a spotless and inviting store layout.
- Prepare the store for the next day, ensuring a seamless transition.
- Support daily store operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Take charge in the Store Manager's absence, demonstrating leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Create memorable shopping experiences that keep customers coming back, driving loyalty and sales.
- Train and inspire your team to be product experts and brand ambassadors, promoting ProCook's values and mission.
- Maintain accurate stock levels, reporting any issues and ensuring seamless inventory management.
- Monitor costs, identifying opportunities to save without compromising quality or customer experience.
