Head of Compliance Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Compliance Director to lead our Risk and Compliance team in West Malling, Kent.

About the Role:

  • Manage a team of 10 to develop and implement the Risk & Compliance framework, policies, and procedures.
  • Provide day-to-day Compliance advice and guidance to the business.
  • Undertake horizon scanning of the regulatory landscape and provide advice, training, and management updates as appropriate.
  • Take on the MLRO and DPO roles in the short to medium term.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven track record of senior stakeholder engagement and team management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiating, and influencing skills.
  • Experience working in a hands-on manner, with a strong focus on the coalface.
