Job Overview

ACR Recruitment & Training Limited seeks a highly motivated and experienced Nursery Manager to join our team. As a senior leader, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality childcare services to families in Coventry. With a strong background in childcare management and a Level 3 Early Years/Childcare qualification, you will excel in this position.

You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of nursery operations, including staff supervision, budgeting, and health & safety protocols. Your exceptional leadership skills will empower you to motivate and develop your team members. Additionally, you will foster positive relationships with parents, staff, and external professionals to ensure seamless collaboration and effective communication.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement effective strategies for improving nursery operations and outcomes
  2. Serve as a mentor and coach to support staff growth and development
  3. Maintain accurate records and reports to track performance and progress
  4. Collaborate with parents, staff, and external partners to address concerns and resolve issues
  5. Conduct regular meetings and evaluations to assess performance and set goals

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary of £30,000 - £31,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
  • 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm
