This role is ideal for a qualified actuary with expertise in designing and implementing innovative solutions.

As the key point of contact for finance teams, you will oversee actuarial calculations, manage reporting and analytics, and contribute to the Reserving MI platform. A strong understanding of commercial general insurance company market experience is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement IFRS 17 and SII TP solutions for Syndicate, Group, and Entity reporting.
  • Coordinate and deliver actuarial calculations during IFRS 17 and SII TP calculation processes.
  • Oversee actuarial aspects of reporting and analytics, including assumptions, calculations, and documentation.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Actuary (FIA, FFA or equivalent)
  • Numerate degree with a good overall grade
  • Experience managing a small team and prioritizing workloads
  • Expert regulatory knowledge and commercial general insurance company market experience

We offer a competitive salary range: £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience, based in London.
