Job Summary:

Hunter Selection is seeking a skilled Toolroom Engineer to join our client's team in the packaging industry. As a Toolroom Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out adjustments on Moulds, soldering parts in the tool shop, and other key tasks.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Tool Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on tools and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Quality Control: Conduct quality checks on manufactured products to ensure they meet the required standards.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in the manufacturing process and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the production team to ensure smooth operation of the manufacturing process.

Requirements:

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in soldering, welding, and other relevant technical skills.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
