About Our Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to join our team as a Managing Director for our international veterinary pharmaceuticals distribution business. As the head of this division, you will be responsible for driving strategic direction, operational excellence, and financial performance across 30+ countries.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Global Supply Chain Management: Oversee the efficient management of global supply chains, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Financial Performance: Manage budgets and financial performance, achieving profitability in a multi-market environment.
  • Risk Assessment: Identify and mitigate risks related to international distribution, market fluctuations, and regulatory compliance.
  • Stakeholder Relations: Represent our company at industry events, building strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders.

The Ideal Professional

  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in a leadership role within the pharmaceutical or veterinary industry, with a focus on international distribution and wholesale.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Veterinary Science, Pharmaceutical Science, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
  • Skills: Strong strategic thinking, financial acumen, and the ability to manage complex operations across multiple countries.
  • Knowledge: In-depth understanding of wholesale markets, global market dynamics, and regulatory environments in 30+ countries.
