Job Title: B2 Licensed Engineer

This is an exciting opportunity to join Aeropeople Ltd as a B2 Licensed Engineer, working on commercial or military aircraft. As a Sponsored Reservist, you will be employed by our client and deployed in support of their specific aircraft.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform scheduled and unscheduled Aircraft Maintenance tasks in accordance with regulatory and company requirements.
  • Be responsible for the receipt, dispatch, and servicing of aircraft, ensuring all tasks are completed safely and efficiently.
  • Certify all servicing and maintenance tasks, ensuring compliance with company procedures and regulatory standards.
  • Supervise technical staff, ensuring they perform their duties safely and correctly.
  • Assume direct control of documentation for aircraft under your control, ensuring all required certification entries are promptly and correctly recorded.
  • Be available at short notice to perform AOG recovery of aircraft from deployed operations.
  • Liaise with Planning to discuss technical issues and forthcoming scheduled inputs.
  • Coordinate the ground movement of aircraft assigned by the Shift Manager.
  • Report all safety and disciplinary matters to the immediate Line Manager.

Requirements:
  • Demonstrable experience on commercial or military aircraft.
  • Have previously held company approvals on commercial aircraft or military equivalent.
  • Hold a Full UK Driving Licence.
