Overview

The role of Chief Systems Architect - AR&M at BAE Systems presents an opportunity to utilize your expertise in providing leadership and guidance to the AR&M engineering team.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled professional with extensive domain knowledge over the full range of AR&M disciplines and how they relate to ILS and Safety. Your experience of delivering AR&M in appropriate phases of the programme lifecycle will be invaluable in this position.

Your Skills and Qualifications

  • Essential: Degree level qualification in a STEM subject, Strong awareness of Product Safety and SHE, Good communication skills and ability to interact with stakeholders.
  • Desirable: Submarine operator/maintainer experience, Previous experience within an engineering background.

Salary and Location

The salary for this position is approximately £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will be based across our sites at Brough, Filton, and Barrow.
