We are seeking an experienced Flexographic Printing Specialist to join our team at The Selection Partnership Ltd. As a key member of our production department, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our flexographic printing equipment, producing high-quality labels, and ensuring the highest standards of quality control.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and Maintain Flexographic Printing Equipment: Run flexographic printing equipment to produce high-quality labels, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that all printed labels meet our high standards, identifying and addressing any issues promptly.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot issues with the printing press or print quality, implementing solutions to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Previous experience working as a printer is essential, with a background in running and maintaining reel-to-reel/flexographic presses an advantage.
  • Skills: Excellent eye for detail, quality control standards, and ability to make quick changes during print runs.
  • Location: Must be UK-based with the ability to commute to the Redditch area on a daily basis (Monday to Friday).
  • Leave to Remain: Sponsorship is not available, so you must have full leave to remain in the UK.
