Restaurant Manager Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team as a Shift Manager in a busy hospitality environment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring daily operational plans are fulfilled and that our guests receive an exceptional experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of hospitality professionals to deliver excellent service and achieve key targets.
  • Ensure daily operational plans are fulfilled, including managing fluctuating guest demand and maintaining operational standards.
  • Support and coach the team to drive add-on sales and promotions, and to deliver a great experience for our guests.
  • Be a guest-facing role, with the majority of time spent within the venue and interacting with our guests.
  • Work a 5-day week over 7 days, with flexibility required to meet the needs of the business.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a leadership role within a Food and Beverage environment, with a proven track record of delivering excellent service and achieving key targets.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and engage a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly to changing requirements.
  • Confidence in directing and responding in any situation, while delivering consistent brand standards.
